TANG HANEDANLIĞINDA SOYLU KADINLARIN GİYİMİNE YAKIN BİR BAKIŞ

Özet
Geniş topraklara, ekonomik refaha, siyasi otoriteye ve çok kültürlü bir yapıya sahip olan Tang Hanedanlığı, antik Çin tarihinin en dikkat çeken dönemlerindendir (Benn, 2004). Dönemin ekonomisi, lüks tekstillerin üretimi ile tüketimini mümkün kılmış ve giyilen kıyafetlerin sürekli değişmesine sebep olmuştur (Chen, 2016). Ülkenin refah içinde oluşunun yanı sıra, sosyal ortamın rahatlığı Tang Hanedanlığı döneminde şiir, resim ve müzik gibi çeşitli sanat dallarına olan ilgiyi arttırarak yeni estetik algılar gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Gelişen estetik algıların odağı ve en belirgin temsilcisi toplumdaki rolleri sebebiyle kadınlar olmuştur. Bu çalışma Tang Hanedanlığı dönemindeki soylu kadınların kıyafetlerini inceleyerek kültürel önemlerini ve zaman içerisindeki gelişim ve değişimlerini aydınlatmayı amaçlamaktadır. Veri kaynaklarını tarihi metinler, arkeolojik bulgular ve sanattaki tasvirler oluşturmaktadır. Soylu kadınlara ait kıyafetlerde kullanılan malzemeler, döneme etki eden stiller, renkler ve semboller ele alınmaktadır. Ayrıca çalışmada, yabancı kültürlerin Tang Hanedanı modası üzerindeki etkisinden söz edilmekte ve kozmopolit yapının modaya getirdiği yeni bir kimlik arayışından bahsedilmektedir. Araştırmanın bir diğer parçası ise Tang Hanedanının sosyal ve ekonomik yapısının giyim üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesidir.
Sonuç olarak bu araştırma Tang Hanedanı kültürünü ve moda tarihini, soylu kadınların giydiği kıyafetler aracılığıyla daha iyi anlamaya katkıda bulunmayı amaçlamaktadır.

Abstract
The Tang Dynasty, with its vast territories, economic prosperity, political authority, and multicultural structure, is one of the most remarkable periods in ancient Chinese history (Benn, 2004). The economy of the era enabled the production and consumption of luxurious textiles, leading to constant changes in clothing styles (Chen, 2016). Besides the country's prosperity, the relaxed social environment of the Tang Dynasty increased interest in various art forms such as poetry, painting, and music, fostering the development of new aesthetic perceptions. Women, due to their societal roles, emerged as the focal point and most prominent representatives of these aesthetic perceptions. This study aims to illuminate the cultural significance and the evolution of noblewomen's attire during the Tang Dynasty period. The sources of data consist of historical texts, archaeological findings, and depictions in art. The materials used in the clothing of noble women, the styles, colors, and symbols that influenced the period are examined. Additionally, the study discusses the influence of foreign cultures on Tang Dynasty fashion and mentions the search for a new identity that this cosmopolitan structure brought to fashion. Another part of the research is the examination of the Tang Dynasty's social and economic structure's impact on clothing.
Ultimately, this research seeks to contribute to a better understanding of Tang Dynasty culture and fashion history through the study of attire worn by noblewomen.
